Return to Table of Contents National Immunization Awareness Month: Infants and Young Children Join CDPH in celebrating National Immunization Awareness Month by increasing efforts to get infants and young children vaccinated on-time! Vaccinating infants and young children on time protects them by providing immunity early in life, before they come into contact with potentially life-threatening diseases.
Here are some ways you can make your practice a space that promotes immunization. Remind parents that their child’s Digital Vaccine Record can be downloaded and printed for school or childcare immunization documentation.
Your efforts during National Immunization Awareness Month can help keep young children safe, healthy, and happy!
