The Novavax COVID-19 vaccine is now available for ordering through myCAvax for Bridge Access Program (BAP) providers.

Pfizer Return Labels
Return labels for Pfizer are usually affixed to the outside of the box and must be peeled off before return of the shipper and temperature logger.
If your shipment is missing a return label, please create a shipment incident report in the system from which you ordered the vaccines, for either VFC or BAP, and contact the corresponding call center for further assistance.
