Beginning Tuesday, January 24, 2023, California residents can receive both their COVID-19 vaccine record and their full California immunization record from the Digital Vaccine Record (DVR) portal! The following will be pulled directly from the California Immunization Registry: Vaccine group, Vaccine, Series, Date Given, Age Given, and Clinic that Administered. Vaccine groups will appear in alphabetical order by full vaccine group name. The Influenza Seasonal vaccine group will always display as the last group on a resident’s DVR.
In late February 2023, the Digital Vaccine Record (DVR) portal will be enhanced to provide vaccine group recommendations based on an open-source Evaluator. The DVR will evaluate the resident’s immunization history and provide recommendations if a vaccine group is complete, has a dose due soon, or has a dose that is overdue.

Unified Login Experience Troubleshooting
With the launch of the Unified Login Experience, users whose .myturn username ended in a number previously (.myturn1, .myturn2, etc.) will have their new username end with a number. For example, if your old username was MyTurn.Mary@gmail.com.myturn1, your new username is MyTurn.Mary@gmail.com.mycavax1.
Previously, you may have accessed My Turn via multiple usernames. During release deployment, CDPH had difficulties confirming and consolidating some duplicative usernames. If you have multiple usernames, please contact the My Turn Help Desk at MyTurn.Clinic.HD@cdph.ca.gov to consolidate.
System Maintenance Updates
CAIR2 On Sunday, January 22, 2023, CAIR2 will be unavailable from 7:30 AM PT until 1:30 PM PT due to system maintenance. During that time, Vaccine Administration Data will not upload to CAIR2. Any data submitted during that time will be automatically uploaded once the system is restored. Clinic Managers with IIS edit capabilities may edit previously unlocked appointments during this time.
My Turn & myCAvax Ongoing system maintenance for the Unified Login Experience is estimated to last until Monday, January 23, 2023. During that time, the My Turn Clinic and myCAvax systems will be unavailable from 12:01 AM PT to 5:00 AM PT each day. Both systems will be available and function as normal outside of system maintenance hours.
