Enhancement Details for Providers

‌The myCAvax system has new functionalities. We are making many of these enhancements in response to user feedback. They have an impact on Providers, especially those newly enrolling. Please review what has changed based on your role in the system.

Vaccine Ordering

 

Multi-line Ordering Enhancement

Providers will see an enhanced Product Ordering experience: a step path at the top of each page, improved help text and headings, and a new Managing Storage Unit job aid link. 

Updated Storage Unit Logic Check to Review Transport Options 

Providers will not be able to order a specific product if the Location Account has a Storage Unit that does not match the product's Transport Options. An orange error message will appear with an embedded hyperlink on how to manage Storage Units.
