Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) Meeting: Rescheduled to April 15-16, 2025

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) will be meeting next on April 15-16, 2025.

Topics include:

  • RSV Immunizations: Adult (Vote) and Maternal/Pediatric
  • Influenza Vaccines
  • COVID-19 Vaccines
  • Meningococcal Vaccines (Vote, VFC Vote)
  • Chikungunya Vaccines (Vote)
  • Pneumococcal, HPV, Mpox, Cytomegalovirus (CMV), Lyme Disease Vaccines
  • Measles epidemiology & outbreaks

Funding Opportunity: Hepatitis B Demonstration Projects

CDPH has released a Request for Application (RFA) to select entities to conduct hepatitis B demonstration projects to serve the most vulnerable and underserved people in California living with or at risk for hepatitis B infection.


The projects will facilitate two of the following services: hepatitis B vaccination, HBV infection screening, linkage to hepatitis B care, and/or retention in hepatitis B care.


CDPH will be making $1,300,000 available for two demonstration projects ($650,000).


Funding will be awarded in the form of local assistance grants. Projects will end on December 31, 2027.


Key Dates:

  • RFA Released: Tuesday, April 1, 2025
  • Deadline for submitting written questions: Tuesday, April 15, 2025, by 5:00 pm (PT)
  • Application submission deadline: Tuesday, April 29, 2025, by 5:00 pm (PT)
  • Notice of Intent to Award Released: Tuesday, May 27, 2025
