NEW CA Bridge Access Program Listserv and Enrollment

You’ve been selected by CDPH to participate in the COVID-19 Bridge Access Program (BAP) in myCAvax and have been added to this listserv to receive ongoing communications regarding the Program. If you have not already done so, please complete enrollment for eligible locations as soon as possible to prepare for BAP vaccine ordering. 

To enroll: 

1. Log in to myCAvax. 

2. Complete the required BAP program training from the ‘Training’ tab in myCAvax. 

3. Select your COVID-19 program location from the pop-up that appears on the homepage. 

4. Provide the required information and upload a copy of the signed BAP Provider Agreement. 

5. Click ‘Submit’, and your COVID-19 location will be placed in ‘Active’ status. 

NOTE: If you have multiple locations eligible to participate in the Bridge Access Program, you will need to enroll each location individually.
